About Zhewitra: Zhewitra 20 mg is a medicine mainly used to treat the erectile dysfunction in males. It helps in increasing the time of the entire sexual act and also treats the no erection in all cases. It contains the active ingredient namely Vardenafil 20 mg. It is a PDE5 inhibitor used in the treatment of this condition. This PDE5 inhibitor acts on the penis hormones to release more of corpus cavernosum which relaxes the smooth muscles and increases the blood flow which results in strong erection which can last up to hours. It is also helpful in treating the premature ejaculation and impotence in adult males.
How to use Zhewitra
Zhewitra 20 mg comes in a pack of 10 tablets. It should be taken under the doctor`s prescription only. In the case of any overdose of the tablet then, he should immediately consult a doctor. It should usually be taken one hour to two hours before the sexual act every day until the doctor`s advice to stop. Dosage should be followed according to doctor`s prescription, no increased dose or no double dose to be taken. In the case of the missed dose in the day and it is time for the next day dose then do not take the missed dose. Do not double dose. Apart from the certified doctor`s prescription, It should also not be taken on over the counter or self-medicate as this may have a severe effect on the body.

Zhewitra Precautions
The history of all the previous and present illness and all the allergic reactions to any of the drugs should be told to the doctor before the prescription.
Women and children should not use this medicine.
Other erectile dysfunction tablets are contraindicated during this drug treatment.
Caution to be maintained as it should not be taken with other nitrate medications as vardenafil combines with the nitrates and result in sudden fall in the blood pressure levels.
