How to use Vilitra


Take as directed by your doctor: Vardenafil is typically taken orally with or without food. Follow your doctor’s instructions carefully.
Timing: Take the medication about 30 to 60 minutes before sexual activity. The effects can last for up to 4-5 hours.
Do not exceed one dose per day: Vardenafil is not meant to be taken more than once within 24 hours.
