About Persol Gel: Persol AC 2.5% Gel (Benzyl Peroxide) are medicinal tablets used in the treatment of conditions of the skin such as dermatitis, keratosis (growth on skin), psoriasis (patches of abnormal skin) and acne vulgaris. The gel contains Benzyl Peroxide which is the active ingredient in the cream. It works by eradicating bacteria on the skin and reducing inflammation giving space for the dead skin to peel off and leave behind the fresh skin. This cream acts on acne by clearing the pores on the skin and unblocking them; this is the main factor in the formation of acne. It is also effective in clearing whiteheads and blackheads on the skin.

How to use Persol Gel


Persol AC 2.5% Gel (Benzyl Peroxide) is administered through application on the affected area. Persol AC gel should not be applied on broken skin or over the wound as this might cause irritation, redness and swelling. Regularly, Persol AC 2.5% Gel (Benzyl Peroxide) is prescribed to be taken once or twice in a day.
