About Lynoral: Lynoral (Ethinylestradiol) is a medicine that is prescribed to patients suffering from post-menopausal symptoms. The medicine is used for the treatment of different conditions such as post-menopausal osteoporosis, dysmenorrheal, female hypogonadism, breast cancer, and dysfunctional uterine bleeding. The active ingredient in this medicine is ethinylestradiol which is a synthetic version of estrogen, a hormone found in women. This medicine is also known to be used for the treatment of other conditions such as regulation of menstruation and it also may be taken other medicines as a birth control pill or oral contraceptive. How to use Lynoral
Lynoral (Ethinylestradiol) is available as tablets that should be taken orally only. Your doctor will give you specific instructions on how to use this medicine for your treatment and you should adhere to their directions. This medicine can be taken with or without food depending on your preference as a patient that is if the doctor has not issued you with specific instructions about this. Always take your tablets with water. Do not crush, chew, split or dissolve the contents of this medicine as this will affect the effectiveness of the tablets.
Lynoral Dosage
You should only use this medicine if it has been prescribed to you by your doctor. Do not share your dosage or follow another patient’s prescription even if you both are suffering from the same conditions. This is so since every patient’s dosage is unique to their condition and its severity, health condition, medical history and is dependent on whether they are using other medicines which includes supplements, herbal, prescriptions or non-prescriptions. Your doctor may prescribe a daily or cyclical prescription for you. A typical cyclical prescription is a tablet each day for 21 consecutive days, then no tablet for seven days. Lynoral Side Effects
Patients using Lynoral (Ethinylestradiol) for the treatment of their conditions have reported the occurrence of side effects during their treatment. Some of the most common side effects include dizziness, vomiting, headaches, decreased libido, nausea, and hypertension. These should, however, fade away with continued use of the medicine. If these symptoms persist or worsen, notify your physician immediately. Other severe but less common side effects may be experienced; these include edema, abnormal menstrual cycles, vision problems, abnormal moods, abnormal weight gain or loss and difficulties in breathing or swallowing.
