How to use Clinvet
Clinvet Oral Solution (Clindamycin) is a Lincomycin antibiotic given to pets to treat various kinds of bacterial infections caused by streptococci, straphylococci, and pneumococci. It works by stopping production of protein which bacteria needs to survives, thwarting bacterial growth as well as killing off existing bacteria.
Clinvet Dosage
Before using Clinvet Oral Solution (Clindamycin), shake the bottle well. This solution is usually administered every 6 hours in doses of 150mg to 300mg. For more severe conditions 300mg to 600mg may be used. Always finish the full course of even if the infection looks to have disappeared. Ceasing use early can result in a more severe relapse of the infection.
Clinvet Side Effects
Side effects may include include nausea, vomiting, or diarrhea.
Monitor your pet closely after administering this medication and report all side effects to your vet as soon as possible.
