This medication is therefore useful in relieving some of the pain associated with urinary tract infections, and controlling the acidification of urine in pets.
Acidurin Dosage
The prescribing vet will tell you how much Acidurin (Ammonium Chloride) tablets you need to administer to your animal, and you will also be told how long you need to continue treating it for. Vets generally decide the required dosage based on the animal`s weight, at a rate of one tablet for every 11 pounds (5kg) of weight, twice each day.
